Join us for a raku class (from home). We asked and you have spoken, people are loving our raku pots and now you can have one of your very own. This class takes place on two consecutive Saturdays. June 6th and June 13th. Classes are mornings from 10am-11am. Theres nothing like a little creativity to start your day.

Class fee includes a couple of pounds of raku clay, three glazes (copper, blue-green, and clear crackle), and of course the firing. One piece per student. Works are limited to 4”x4”x6” (lxwxh) Students pick up clay and glaze at the studio before classes start, we make a piece on week 1, and then we glaze bone dry work (yes we will glaze greenware) on week 2. Students will then drop their work off at the studio for firing.

Tools not included but Pedro will demonstrate how to pinch a form into creation and smooth with a metal rib.
