Welcome Levi Mahan to Tuesday nights!

In this class students must have previous experience throwing on the wheel and be able to wedge, center, pull walls, and trim confidently. This class will provide a framework for expanding your ideas and vision and getting the forms you want and may include throwing larger, thinner, or more visually pleasing work.

We will send notification when it is time to purchase clay for the upcoming session. Please DO NOT purchase more than one bag to start. Your clay will be at the studio on your first day of class. All clays except sculpture (420), dark brown sculpture (798) and terra cotta (108) are appropriate for wheel work. Tools are not included, you can purchase tool kits on the website or bring your own.

Each student will get up to two 2.5 hour time slots of open studio each week.
